Nice sized rooms. You can always tell the cleanliness of a hotel by the stars of their bathrooms. This one has glass doors on both shower and lavatory..not a tacky shower curtain. The size of both is good but a little larger would be better as large guys like me struggle in average sized bathrooms. Beds were firm but not hard so you can get a good night's sleep. Air con works ! Internet has good speed here so that's useful.

The food here is fantastic, especially the oxtail soup. The hotel staff are really professional and helpful. They help us book the local tours. A 24-hour open coffee shop onsite is also very helpful. This hotel is close to Wilson Airport from where a majority of safari flights leave, so you avoid downtown traffic. However, it is located in Surburb next to busy road, so you can't really go out to have a walk.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much for them. From the manager - Irene, to ask the front desk staff to the chef, bar and restaurant staff including security. It really was a pleasure returning to this hotel, where I had been last year. This time, I came with 10 people. Surprisingly, none had any complaints at all!!! 👌🏽👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

- Quiet/peaceful - there was a concert on the neighboring Carnivore grounds one night and I couldn’t hear a thing from inside my room - Clean facilities - Professional and friendly staff - Very blind out curtains - Big room with lots of storage - Room pricing was reasonable - Close to lots of places in Nairobi - Happy hour cocktails were good

The heated pool area was excellent and the hotel had great amenities including massage services, restaurants including Carnivore and a bar. The staff were the best thing about the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they remembered us even though we only had a short stay. The hotel was decorated with modern tasteful decor.
